Formerly Senior Partner and Regional Practice Leader Asia-Pacific of Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to entering the Search profession, 15 years in international advertising including 10 years running Leo Burnett offices in Hong Kong and Thailand and setting up Leo Burnett in Mainland China. British, Oxford University graduate, French- and Thai-speaking, 4 External Directorships, enjoys sports, travel. Vincent is based in Hong Kong
