Spent one and a half years working with Marriott International in Sales & Marketing, soon after graduation. Then went on to completing a Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources.
Her expertise lies in Head Hunting, Mapping, Sourcing candidates, Fitment, Referencing, Senior Level Assignments, Business Development, Managing Candidate Relations, Managing Client Relations, assisting hotels with their manpower requirements and career/compensation counseling.
